This is a summary of the four-semester course-load for the Animation/Concept Development Program at Madison College. The curriculum is subject to change at any time based on industry trends and employer needs.
Prerequisites and corequisites (courses which must be taken simultaneously) are strictly enforced, and there are several corequisite pairs. Prereqs and coreqs are listed in the course catalog.
Advanced-standing (waiver of a specific prerequisite) may be granted for
previous full-time professional work or equivalent college courses. Advanced-standing is based on the recommendation of Animation Program faculty following their review of a candidate's demoreel, portfolio, and relevant coursework. High-school coursework and personal study does not qualify for consideration. Please contact Program Faculty with
